The Senate President, Bukola Saraki has announced on Tuesday during plenary defection of Senator Dino Melaye, Kogi West Senatorial District, former Governor of Kano, Rabiu Kwankwaso and 13 other Senators from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
