The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has been honored with the Award of Excellence as the 2024 2nd Best Performing Public Service Unit (PSU, Team A) by the SERVICOM Office. This prestigious award recognized the Commission’s continued dedication to delivering outstanding customer service through its SERVICOM Unit.
The SERVICOM Office commended the CAC for its sustained efforts to improve citizen-focused service delivery, urging the Commission to maintain its high service standards for all Nigerians in support of good governance.
The award was presented to the CAC during the 2024 SERVICOM MDA’s Annual Awards in Abuja on Tuesday, 17th December 2024. National Coordinator/CEO of SERVICOM, Nnenna Akajemeli, praised the CAC for its consistent work in connecting the government to citizens and ensuring quality service delivery across Nigeria.
Representing the Registrar-General at the event, Yakubu Sambele, Head of the SERVICOM Unit at CAC, received the award on behalf of the Commission.
In his remarks, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, Registrar-General of the CAC, expressed his gratitude to SERVICOM for the recognition, acknowledged that the feedback is essential for ongoing organizational improvements. He reiterated the Commission’s commitment to enhancing its operations, emphasizing the unique self-service portal that allows customers to complete transactions seamlessly from start to finish across Nigeria.
