The Director General, National Productivity Center NPC, Dr Kashim Akor has advised on early mentorship of children from the youthful age to inculcate good habits that will guide them in their life sojourn.
Chief Akor who is also the Omachi Atta Igala’ made this statement during the visit of some youths who engaged in mentorship and advocacy programs in Ankpa local government visited his office in Abuja.
The group known as Omataina were in his office to solicit for his cooperation, advise and supports to advance their good cause.
Dr Akor lauded the rejuvenation of old doctrines that was the bane of fruitful living and self realization of the modern day society.
Chief Akor who was invited to chair this year’s occasion holding in Ankpa on Wednesday 28th December, 2022 maintained the need to sustain the laudable objectives.
According to Dr Kashim Akor, a mentored children will not only be useful to themselves, but to the society at large, urging the youths to take cue the old ones way of life.
“The elderly ones like us with old way of mentorship does not believe in living a borrowed life, as we indulge in genuine activities devoid of counterfeit.” He said.
