The federal commissioner, National Commission for Refugees Migrants and internally Displaced Persons NCFRMI, Hajiya Imaan Suleiman-ibrahim has sent a message of congratulations to Moslems and the vulnerable in Nigeria on the auspicious occasion of sallah celebration.
In a message to mark the occasion of Eid Kabir for 2022, the federal commissioner called for total sacrifices on the part of leaders and the vulnerable as demonstrated by the spirit of the season.
She said government alone cannot cater for persons of concern POCs, therefore all hands must be on deck both from the private sector, organizations and the NGO’s, both within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
The federal commissioner commended the efforts of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration for providing a befitting temporary abode to the IDPs, along with other engagements.
She reiterated the determination of the commission to continuous provision of basic social amenities along with other provisions that will keep the IDPs constantly engaged.
She therefore wished many more of this celebration subsequently in their permanent homes devoid of any unforseen circumstances.
