The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has released the official contact numbers of all Area Commanders and Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) as part of renewed efforts to strengthen community policing and improve direct communication with residents.
The Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, CP Miller G. Dantawaye, said the initiative aligns with his strategic vision of enhancing police–community collaboration, promoting transparency, and ensuring swift response to security concerns across the Territory.
According to him, making the Command’s leadership more accessible to the public will help build trust, encourage information sharing, and reinforce the collective fight against crime in the FCT.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, urged residents to make proper use of the contact channels and continue partnering with the Police to ensure a safer environment for all.
The Command assured that the released contacts will be monitored round-the-clock to guarantee timely response to distress calls and emergencies.
