Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Friday congratulated statesman and frontline Otoge leader Barrister Kunle Sulaiman on his 76th birthday anniversary, prayed to God to grant him long life and good health.
In a congratulatory message, the Governor felicitated with the top chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State,
