The Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has extended warm congratulations to veteran journalist Babajide Kolade-Otitoju on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Kolade-Otitoju, who is the Director of News and Current Affairs at TVC Communications, clocks 60 on March 30.
In a congratulatory message issued by the Commission’s Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa described the celebrant as a focused, purposeful, and accomplished journalist whose contributions to national development remain significant.
She commended his depth of knowledge in public and current affairs, noting that his consistent advocacy for national unity and social integration has helped shape informed public discourse.
The NiDCOM boss particularly highlighted Kolade-Otitoju’s role on the popular Journalists’ Hangout programme on TVC, where his candid and analytical perspectives have enriched conversations around critical national issues.
Dabiri-Erewa prayed for God’s continued guidance and protection over the media veteran, wishing him long life, sound health, and greater accomplishments as he continues his patriotic service to the nation.
