The Niger State Police Command has announced the deployment of personnel and operational assets across the state to ensure a peaceful and secure celebration of the Yuletide season.
In a press statement released on Thursday, the Commissioner of Police, Niger State, CP Shawulu Ebenezer Danmamman, disclosed that the Command is taking proactive measures to address the increased human and vehicular movements, as well as the heightened religious and socio-economic activities typical of the festive period.
The CP directed Area Commanders, Tactical Commanders, and Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) to provide comprehensive security coverage at public venues such as places of worship, recreational centres, amusement parks, motorbparks
