The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has expressed sadness over the death of Alhaji Hassan Magaji AA Kira, Barwan Kontagora.
Alhaji Hassan Magaji died in Kontagora after a protracted illness.
In his condolence message, Ahmed Matane described late Hassan Magaji as a complete gentleman and dedicated Nigerilites, added that the great values of hard work, honesty and selflessness that the deceased left behind will be remembered.
” On behalf of the Government and people of the State, I want to convey my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Sarkin Sudan, Kontagora, Alhaji Saidu Namaska, the family of the deceased and the entire people of Kontagora Emirate over the passing away of Barwan Kontagora, SSG stressed.
He prayed Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive the shortcomings of the departed and make Al-jannah Firdausi his final resting place as well as give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Late Barwan Kontagora is survived by many Children among whom is the Niger State Chairman, Community and Social Development Project (CSDP) and the current National President of Shea Product Association of Nigeria, Alhaji Mohammed Ahmed Kontagora
