The President-elect,Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu has demonstated times without number that he is a detrabalised and patriotic Nigerian.He had discovered and mentored many Nigerians from different geo-political regions without recourse to their tribe,religion or ethnicity.
Let take the good example of Mr. Ben Akabeuze,a renowned and successful chattered accountant and the current Director General Budget office of the Federation.
Mr Ben Akabeuze is from Igbo ethnic extraction from Anambra states in South- Eastern Nigeria.
It was Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the then Governor of Lagos state that discovered his talent and appointed him as commissioner of Budget Economic planning and Budget in Lagos state where he performed exactly well.He transformed the Budget process and economic fortunes of Lagos state from one this was haphazard and chaotic by transforming it into an open,transparent,evidence based and result oriented.
The Federal Government of Nigeria under the leadership of Goodluck Jonathan noticed the excellent performance of Mr Ben Akabeuze in the Budget and economic Planning reforms of Lagos state and brought him to head the Budget office of the federation.
Due to his sterling performance and the several reforms that he instituted in Nigeria Budgetary processes,President Muhammadu Buhari retained him to continue the good work that has been adding value to to the economy of Nigeria.
This is just one of the several Nigerians that do not share same tribe or religion with President-elect,Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu the he discovered,mentored and brought to National reckoning.
Nigerian are very confident that President-elect Bola Tinubu will give Mr Ben Akabeuze higher and more challenging responsibility in his effort to engender the rapid growth of the Nigerian Economy.
All Nigerians need to give their strong support to our President-elect because he is a detrabalised Nigerian with a penchant of identifying talented Nigetaisns irrespective of where they come from or their religion.The ability of President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed to discover talents and give them free hand to perform has in no small measure contributed to the success of his several reform programmes that deliver good governance and prosperity to the people when he was the Governor of Lagos state.
As the incoming President of Nigeria,Nigerians from different ethnic groups,religion and political parties need to support the new government of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the rebirth of a new and prosperous Nigeria.
