It was an emotional, yet joyful farewell as friends and staff poured encomium on Mr. Lamin Barrow (3rd from left), the Director General of the African Development Bank (AfDB) because of his superlative contributions to Nigeria’s economic development through the instrumentality of the Bank in Abuja on Thursday, July 25,2024.
Mr. Barrow is being recalled to the Bank’s headquarters in Abidjan, Cote D’ivore where he will oversee fourteen West African countries.
