Barely six weeks after installing giant size transformers in his Taraba Central Senatorial District , Senator Haruna Manu has again embarked on massive installation of solar powered lights across major streets in his constituency.
The installation started in Madrona, Garin jibir and lomodu Villages of Gassol Local Government Area on Monday as constituency outreach.
Senator Manu’s delegation led by Hon. Hamza Garba Jamis noted that: “We are going to do our very best to illuminate our streets to do away with darkness, we know what darkness does, it cuts short commercial activities.
“By this time ordinarily, the people would have been in their homes, but now we can see the markets are still running and see some children doing their assignments under the streetlights.
” Sen. Manu Haruna is going to install many more streetlights across all the streets and corners of Taraba Central Senatorial District.
