Bandits free last student of Bethel Baptist School after 2 yrs in captivity

Terror bandits, have finally released the last remaining student of Bethel Baptist High School in Kaduna State, Treasure Ayuba, who was abducted with other students two years ago.   Recall that on July 5, 2021 bandits invaded the school located at Maraban Damishi in Chikun local government area of the state and abducted 121 students.   The victims were released after ransom payment, except for Master Ayuba.   However, the president of the Nigeria Baptist Convention, Israel Akanji, confirmed the release in a statement on Thursday.   He said, “Glory…

Another fifteen kidnapped students of the Bethel Baptist High School have been released by bandits. Recall that the bandits released 28 of the students on Sunday, July 25, after N50m ransom was paid, and 20 days in captivity. The students were 121 in number, according to the President of the Kaduna Baptist Conference, Rev. Ishaya Jangado, who is also the proprietor of the school.
