Oyetola tasks Federal Character Commission on equity, fairness

The Governor of the State of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola, has charged the leadership of the Federal Character Commission on the need to ensure equity and fairness in the discharge of their duties. The Governor also tasked the Commission on equitable distribution of the nation’s resources ranging from commonwealth, infrastructure and appointments. Okonjo-Iweala Appointed Into Commonwealth High-level Group

Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has been appointed into a High Level Group on Governance of the Commonwealth Secretariat. Prof. Ben Maloney, Communications Officer, Commonwealth Secretariat, said in a statement that the High Level Group would make recommendations on governance of the Commonwealth Secretariat.
