Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has appointed Sam Ifeanyi Hart, Esq., as his new Chief of Staff (CoS).   The announcement was made by Levinus Nwabughiogu, Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Speaker, in a statement issued on Tuesday.
