The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC),has charged stakeholders in Telecom industry to do more in protecting consumers and keeping them informed on measures against digital financial loss. A leading Non Governmental Organization, Save the Consumers Initiative team marked this year World Toilet Day in some rural communities in both Federal Capital Territory and Niger State.
