Lawan leads Senate delegation to condole with Senator Ndume over father’s death

The President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan on Tuesday led a delegation of the Senate to Maiduguri, Borno State, to condole with Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume over the death of his father, Alhaji Ali Buba Ndume. Alhaji Ali Buba Ndume died in Maiduguri Tuesday morning and was buried later same day. Other members of the delegation included Senator Yusuf Abubakar Yusuf, Senator Bello Mandiya, Senator Sahabi Ya’u, Senator Barau Jibrin and Senator Chukwuka Utazi. President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, on Thursday led a delegation of the Senate to the Abuja home of Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu, who died on Wednesday. The delegation, which included the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege and some other principal officers of the Senate, condoled with the wife of the late Senator, Helen Uwajumogu and other family members.
