The Governor of the state of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola and his wife, Mrs. Kafayat Oyetola ,on Sunday hosted Lt. Gen. Lamidi Adeosun, Chief of Policy and Plans (Army) and other senior army officers to a State dinner.
The army officers were in State of Osun for a seminar on Social Media organised by the Nigerian Army to further foster military-civil relationship.
The Governor said he was indeed honoured and proud to welcome home an illustrious son of Osun state,Lieutenant General Lamidi Adeosun. ,whom he described as the pride of the nation’s military, Lieutenant General Lamidi Adeosun.
Oyetola also described Adeosun as a mentor for teeming youth and role model in discipline, service, and leadership, added that the officer remained an abiding hope and a signpost for a better and sustainable Osun state that the current administration strives to build.
