The Oyo State government, on Wednesday, affirmed that cattle markets were not affected by the order of the government closing the markets as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A statement signed by the Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. Ojemuyiwa Ojekunle, said that cattle market operators were allowed to run their businesses within the limit of COVID-19 restrictions. LOCKDOWN: Osun Govt doles out 6,020 bags of rice to residents

The State Government of Osun on Wednesday commenced the distribution a total number of 6,020 bags of rice to residents as part of efforts to cushion the effects of the lockdown in the state.
