The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has told the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja that the body had no hand in the issuance of results to Muhammadu Buhari by the Cambridge University International Assessment Education. The controversy surrounding the educational qualification of Muhammadu Buhari for the February 23 presidential election, took center stage on Tuesday at the presidential election petition tribunal with more revelations emerging on the issue. Buhari had in 2015 claimed that his certificates were with the military board on request.
