The Federal Ministry of Interior has organised a training programme for its staff on pitching and presenting innovative ideas, as part of efforts to strengthen creativity and improve service delivery within the Ministry.
The training, which held on Monday, was organised by the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department and marks the Ministry’s inaugural capacity-building session focused on developing and presenting innovative proposals.
During the session, participants were guided on practical approaches to clearly organising their ideas, effectively presenting proposals, and confidently pitching innovative concepts. The training also equipped staff with techniques for engaging review panels and enhancing the overall quality of their submissions.
Speaking at the event, the Director of the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, Gloria Vera Azuroh, described the initiative as a significant step toward strengthening the Ministry’s innovation drive.
According to her, the programme is designed to encourage staff to develop practical ideas and solutions that will enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery across the Ministry.
Azuroh also reaffirmed the department’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
The training formed part of ongoing efforts by the Federal Ministry of Interior to build institutional capacity and foster a culture of innovation among its workforce.
