JUST IN: Nnamdi Kanu ‘ll be released if he should conduct himself properly — Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has announced that the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, will be released from detention if he can conduct himself properly.

Buhari hinted this during a recorded exclusive interview with Channels Television which was monitored by NewsBand.

However, President Buhari said that the ongoing trial of Kanu was an opportunity for the separatist leader to defend himself from the allegations against him, added that he would never obstruct with the activities of the Judiciary
