The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, NSCIA,has congratulated the NSCIA Secretary- General,who is JAMB Registar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede on the conferment of the national honour of the Commander of the Order of the Niger, CON, by President Muhammadu Buhari on 11th October, 2022.
NSCIA in a congratulatory letter signed by Arc Zubairu Haruna Usman-Ugwu,Director of Administration , described the honou done on Prof Oloyede ,the third of its kind in less than a decade, and the first of such enviable record held by a person from the academic sector, as recognition of Oloyede’s sterling performances from the inception of his public service to date.
“As your subordinates, at the Secretariat of the NSCIA, we are not surprised at all at this well-deserved new feather on your already well decorated head for on daily basis,we have been a first-hand witness of a boss who is an epitome of all the desirable qualities of a public servant. You have always brought your unparalleled, inspiring and exemplary leadership qualities of foresightedness, creativity, innovation, had work, integrity,compassion, administrative acumen, financial discipline and transparency, to mention a few, to bear in the discharge of your duties in the public service, and in the realm of religious affairs under the auspices of the NSCIA.
” Your legendary performances in all positions you have held and are still holding, have unquantifiable positive impact on the development and progress of the Nigeria Ummah, Nigeria and the World, for which we are grateful to Almighty Allah and proud of you, Sir.
“We are grateful to His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari for this national honours award.
