The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG),Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has commiserated with the people of Niger State and Minna Emirate over the death of Justice Adamu Idris Abarah Kuta who died Yesterday, Thursday 14th January, 2021 in Minna after a protracted illness.
In his condolence message, the SSG described late Justice Adamu Idris Abarah Kuta as a committed and hardworking jurist who approached every assignment with determination and patriotism.
According to Ahmed Matane, “the deceased belonged to the generation of judges who see public office as an opportunity to offer selfless service to Niger State and humanity.
“On behalf of the people and Government of Niger State, I commiserate with the immediate family of the deceased on this very huge loss, the Emir of Minna, Alhaji Umar Faruk Bahago, stressing that Justice Abarah’s death was a great loss not only to the family but the State in general, given his invaluable contributions to the cause of humanity”.
He prayed that Almighty Allah (SWT) grant the soul of the departed eternal rest, reward him with Jannatul Firdausi and give the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Late Justice Adamu Idris Abarah Kuta was a member of the National Institute, member Niger State Judicial Service Commission, former Solicitor General/Permanent Secretary, Permanent Secretary, Special Duties, PTF State Coordinator, and Deputy Chief Registrar among several others.
