Nigeria’s First All-Female University, Tazkiyah, Opens 2026/2027 Admission

Tazkiyah University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria’s first all-female university, has opened applications for admission into its 2026/2027 academic session.

 

The university said qualified female candidates can apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), Direct Entry and transfer admission routes.

 

According to the institution, admission is available for programmes across Allied Health Sciences, Management and Social Sciences, and Computing.

 

The programmes include Nursing Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Public Health, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Taxation, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering and Information Technology.

 

Tazkiyah University said it operate under the philosophy, “Blending Knowledge with Noble Character,” with a commitment to providing quality education while promoting strong moral and character development among its students.

 

The institution said students would have access to modern facilities and dedicated faculty to support their academic and personal development.

 

It also disclosed that scholarship and financial aid opportunities are available to eligible students, including orphans, as part of its commitment to widening access to quality higher education.

 

The university urged qualified female candidates seeking admission into its programmes to take advantage of the ongoing application process for the 2026/2027 academic session.
