Strive To Make A Difference, DG Urges Corps Members

Corps Members had been advised to utilise the opportunities of the service year to make positive impact and leave good legacies in their host communities.

This advise was given by the Director-General, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim while addressing Corps Members in Akure, Ondo State capital.

The DG also appealed to them to embrace Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development in order to become self employed.

The NYSC boss warned the Corps Members to avoid unnecessary journey but get necessary approval before traveling, if it becomes compulsory for them to travel.

“In whatever you do, always think about your parents, their investments on you and your communities”, Ibrahim said.

He admonished them to be security conscious and always dress properly.

General lbrahim also reiterated his commitment to Staff and Corps Members’ welfare and security.
