Benue state,Governor Samuel Ortom has expressed appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari and the National Council of States for granting state pardon to former Governors of Plateau and Taraba States, Senator Joshua Dariye and Rev. Buhari transmits, seeks passage of Money Laundering, Terrorism Prevention Bills

Buhari seeks Senate’s approval for adjustments to 2022 fiscal framework

President Buhari reshuffles cabinet, appoints Abdullahi as Minister of Environment

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the immediate re-deployment of Mohammed H. Abdullahi as the new Minister of Environment with effect from Wednesday.   The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, made the announcement yesterday night in a statement.   Until his appointment, Abdullahi, a lawyer, was the Minister of State for Science, Technology and Innovation.   “The president hopes that he would bring his wealth of experience to bear on his new assignment for the growth of the country,” the statement said.
