A forum of professionals under the aegis of the South-South Emerging Leaders Forum (SELF) has absolved Minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio of any wrong doing in the appointment of Mr. Effiong Akwa as the Sole Administrator of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
