COVID-19 : FG bans govt officials from foreign trips

The Federal Government has barred its officials and civil servants from all forms of foreign trips over the Coronavirus outbreak which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO). Federal Government also advised private citizens to cancel all travels abroad until pandemic abates. The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Boss Mustapha, announced this on Tuesday night after the inaugural meeting of the Presidential Task Force on coronavirus.

CBN slashes special interest rate to 5%, directs banks to restructure loan terms
