The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Dunoma Umar Ahmed, has reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to collaborating with the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) to fulfil its mandate through effective communication and advocacy.
