Domestic Crude Supply Soars as NUPRC Records 97.4% DCSO Compliance

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has recorded a 97.4 per cent performance in the enforcement of the Domestic Crude Supply Obligation (DCSO) in the second quarter of 2026, as local refineries received a total of 53.7 million barrels of crude oil and condensate between April and June.   The Commission disclosed this in its Q2 2026 DCSO statistics released on Monday, saying the performance reflected the active administration and enforcement of the DCSO in line with Section 109 of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021.   Under the…
