Of all candidates contesting the 2023 Presidential election, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the only leader who can pass a test of committed leadership to the Nigerian electorate.
Tinubu’s Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima stated this at the weekend in his speech at a parley with Local Government Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and Councillors in Abuja.
Senator Shettima reiterated Tinubu’s commitment to the development and empowerment of Nigeria’s grassroots, saying none of the candidates in the 2023 elections could match his vision and pedigree in this regard.
“With his unparalleled strategic insight, Asiwaju remains the most qualified to deliver the strategic interventions that Nigerians so desperately seek. He has dedicated his life to serving the people, and this selfless pursuit makes him the ideal leader for this moment in our history. So let us stand together and support him, as we continue to work towards a brighter future beyond this generation”, Senator Shettima noted.
The Director of the APC PCC, Local Government Directorate and Chairman of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, National, ALGON, Hon. Kolade Alabi David, had expressed optimism about rapid grassroots development under a Tinubu Presidency.
Kaduna State ALGON Chairman, Hon. Abubakar Buba, moved the motion for the endorsement of the Tinubu/Shettima ticket at the parley which was promptly supported and given a stamp of authority by ALGON Chairmen.
Guest Speaker at the event who had notable personalities was Prof. Ahmed Danfulani.
