The Director General, National Productivity Center NPC, Dr.Chief Kashim Akor has offered prayers to staffs and Nigerians travelling for the yuletide to mark the occasion.
In his Christmas and new year messages and prayers , the NPC Boss wished them a happy celebration, to and from their destinations.
He prayed for God’s preservation, sustenance and protection before ,during and after the celebrations.
“God, our heavenly Father, whose glory fills the whole creation, and whose presence we find wherever we go: preserve those who are travelling; surround them with your loving care; protect them from every danger; and bring them in safety to their journey’s end; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.”
“Allah is the Most Great. Allah is the Most Great. Allah is the Most Great. Glory is to Him Who has provided this for us though we could never have had it by our efforts. Surely, unto our Lord we are returning. O Allah, we ask You for our Staff that are travelling for goodness and piety and for works that are pleasing to You. ”
“O Allah, lighten their journey for them and make its distance easy for them. O Allah, You are there Companion on the road and the One in Whose care they leave their family. ”
“O Allah, they seek refuge in You from this journey’s hardships, and from the wicked sights in store and from finding our family and property in misfortune upon returning.”
He then wished them and Nigerians a peaceful, joyous and memorable celebrations.
