The newly appointed Director General, National Productivity Centre NPC, Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha has commended the former Director General of the centre, Dr Kashim Akor for the smooth transition.
Dr Raji made this disclosure on Thursday in the corporate headquarters after he assumed duty as the new helmsman of the centre, after the expiration of the tenure of Dr Kashim Akor.
Dr Nasir Raji described the former Director General as a bossom friend, a brother and a mentor having worked with him for over two decades and eventually took over from him as the new DG/CEO of the centre.
He commended the remarkable legacies and innovations embarked upon by the former boss , stating that he will build on the lasting legacies going forward.
He solicited for the cooperation of the staffs as extended to the former helmsman, saying that working as a team will be a good development.
Dr Nasir Raji promised to put in place more innovations that will place the centre not only as centre of learning and capacity building, but resolve myriads of Nigeria problems interms of infrastructural and managerial development.
