EID-EL-KABIR : Niger First Lady asks Muslims not to relent in prayers for sustainable peace

Wife of Niger state Governor, Dr Amina Abubakar Bello has called on Muslim faithful not to relent in prayers for the return of sustainable peace in the state and the country as a whole.

The wife of the state Governor stated this while felicitating with Muslim ummah on this year’s Eid El Kabir celebration.

Doctor Amina Bello said the Eid el Adha taught complete faith in Allah, the need for sacrifice in order to gain His blessings and to attain greater heights in life.

She then urged faithfuls to imbibe this teaching in their daily lives, while improving on the love and care for one another.

Dr.Amina enjoined the need to also consider the plight of the less privileged in the society by assisting them to also have a remarkable celebration.

The wife of the state Governor noted the difficult economic period in which the celebration came and admonished Nigerlites to persevere as this would certainly come to pass to usher in greater prosperity.

She then prayed Allah to accept the worship of all faithfuls during the sallah and those on pilgrimage to Makka and for their safe return.
