Hajiya Sa’adatu Sani Musa honored with Yoruba Traditional title for promoting cultural unity

The wife of Niger East Senator, Hajiya Sa’adatu Sani Musa 313, has been conferred with the prestigious Yoruba traditional title of “Yeye of Yorubas” in recognition of her generosity and unwavering support for Yoruba cultural activities in Niger State.

 

The title, which translated to “Lover of the Yorubas,” was bestowed upon her by the Sarkin Yarbawa of Minna, Alhaji Abdulrazak Abdulkarim (Iyayi), in appreciation of her continuous contributions to the Yoruba community within the state. The Yoruba Forum, a prominent socio-cultural group, officially presented the title to her at her residence in Abuja on Wednesday.

During the ceremony, members of the Yoruba Forum commended Hajiya Sa’adatu for her commitment to fostering unity and inclusivity among ethnic groups. They assured her of their full support in advancing cultural harmony and good governance in Niger State.

 

Expressing gratitude for the honor, Senator Sani Musa 313 and his wife reaffirmed their dedication to the Yoruba community and other ethnic groups in the state. The senator emphasized the importance of national unity and pledged continued support for initiatives that promote peace, cultural integration, and development.

 

The conferment of the “Yeye of Yorubas” title highlighted Hajiya Sa’adatu’s significant role in strengthening inter-ethnic relations and fostering peaceful coexistence in Niger State.

 

The event was attended by traditional rulers, dignitaries, and prominent members of the Yoruba community, further cementing the bond between the Yoruba people and the leadership of Senator Sani Musa.
