The Inspector-General of Police,IGP Kayode Egbetokun, is set to launch a Special Intervention Squad (SIS), to tackle the rising activities of kidnappers in some parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to the Police Chief, the special squad when launched, would be drafted to all Area Councils in the Abuja.
