The Omachi Atta Igala’, Chief Kashim Akor has felicitated with the first indigenous Ankpa TV producer, MC Ajebere on his birthday.
The title holder in a message released to mark the occasion on Tuesday described the journalist as the light of igala kingdom in the emerging new media world.
The Omachi Atta Igala maintained that aside using the medium as a way of life’s sustenance, the sacrifices in that regard was huge and had attracted more progress to the development of the entire Igala land.
He reiterated his commitment to indigenous and progressive journalism, that will continue to inform and educate the entire Ankpa domain , Igala’ land on the need to toe the line of socioeconomic and political development of the race.
He asked the indigenous media outfits in igala land to collaborate with one another, so as to rid the area of criminal elements and tendencies prevalent in the land.
Chief Akor urged them to also use the fora to create wealth, attract capacity development, skill acquisition both to the schooled and thousands of unemployed graduates, saying it will reduce to the barest minimum the growing unemployment rates on our land.
While congratulating the Ankpa TV sole owner , he wished him more years in his services to humanity, fatherland, promising his continuous supports.
