The Senator representing Taraba Central Senatorial District,Sen Haruna Manu will tomorrow (Tuesday) launch reconnection of Mutum-Biyu, its environs to the national grid.
The immediate past deputy Governor of Taraba has vowed to put smiles on the face of his constituents via personal efforts to effectively provide power for them.
Towards this direction, the grassroots politician had barely three weeks ago supplied State-of -the -art transformers that were installed in his constituency.
Senator Manu will be represented at the event by the Hon. Commissioner for Science and Technology Taraba State Hon. Muslim Aruwa.
The project will provide electricity to Mutum-Biyu community in order to boost the economic activities of the Taraba Central Senatorial District and the state at large.
Meanwhile,the Traditional Chief of Mutum-Biyu, Justice Sani Sulaiman Duna(Rtd) has lauded the personal efforts of Senator Manu for fulfilling his promises to Mutum-Biyu community, and Taraba Central at large declared that “the history of Mutum-Biyu Development will never be completed without mentioning the Name of its illustrious son, Senator Haruna Manu.
Those expected at the ground commissioning are the Honorable Members of the Taraba Assembly Representing Gassol II, Musa Chull, Hon. Abubakar Baffa Nanu Chairman Gassol local Government Council, Hon. Ubale Gambo Personal Assistant to Senator Manu, Alhaji Raubilu, Hon. Alhassan Hamman,District Heads and other dignitaries.
