Niger State Ministry for Planning Commission has presented the breakdown of the N238.92b proposed 2023 budget estimate. Commissioner and Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Mallam Zakari Abubakar made the presentation to journalists at the Government House, Minna. Abubakar said that the 2023 proposed appropriation bill tagged ‘budget of consolidation and transition” is aimed at completing projects that have reached advanced stage.
