In a continuous bid to achieving a hitch-free celebration during the yuletide season within the Federal Capital Territory(FCT), the Commissioner of Police,,CP Haruna G. Garba on Wednesday 20th December, 2023 met Area Commanders, DPOs, and Tactical Commanders at the Command’s conference hall.
While in the meeting, the CP Garba charged various Heads of Formations to ensure adequate deployment of men to places of Social convergence like churches, mosques and recreational centers. While banking on the sophistication of the operational Order, the CP assured FCT residents of a crime free celebration, before, during, and after the yuletide season.
In his address to the Senior Officers, CP Haruna G. Garba stressed the imperative nature of intelligence-led and visibility policing, charged the officers to, in line with the global best practices, take adequate measures in clamping down on criminal elements within their respective areas of responsibility.
