2 Niger state DCP,7 other Senior Officers promoted

Sequel to the recent promotion released by the Police Service Commission as recommended by the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba,Niger State Police Command has promoted two Deputy Commissioners of Police and seven other officers to the next ranks

 

 

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Operations, DCP Ali Hayatu Kaigama and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Administrations, DCP Shawulu Ebenezer Danmamman, fsi are promoted to the enviable rank of Commissioner of Police, and decorated with the new rank today 6th April, 2023 by the IGP at Force Headquarters Abuja, while they will be deployed to a higher responsibility.

Other beneficiaries in the Command were equally decorated by the Commissioner of Police, Niger State Command CP Ogundele J. Ayodeji today at SHQ Minna and assisted by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Investigations DCP Aboki Danjuma.

 

The officers that were decorated included;

-DCP Moh’d A. Moh’d – Area Commander N/Bussa

-ACP Moh’d I. Kaoje – DPO ‘B’ Div K’gora

-ACP Michael T. Katambi – DPO ‘A’ Div Suleja

-CSP Williams Attah – 2i/c Acpol Metro

-CSP Ofonimeh Udoh – 2i/c Acpol Bosso

-CSP Mustapha Murtala – DPO GRA Div

 

Among the officers promoted also include CSP Murtala Isah Raji, CSO Government House Minna, who had earlier been decorated yesterday by the Executive Governor of Niger State Alh.Abubakar Sani Bello and the Commissioner of Police Niger State Command, CP J. A Ogundele

.

 

During the decoration at SHQ, the CP appreciated the IGP for affirming that the officers promoted had performed very well through his recommendations which has earned officers the promotion, while he urged the promotees to be more dedicated as the new status connotes added responsibility.

 

DCP Moh’d A. Moh’d on behalf of the promotees appreciated the IGP and promised not to let the Force down in their duties. He said they will continue to tap from the mentoring and leadership style of the Commissioner of Police, while the clergymen prayed for the Force, the Command and the promotees for a better service delivery as they proceed to their future responsibilities.
