Police kill notorious bandit in Niger

The Niger State Police Command on Thursday disclosed that one of its patrol team had killed a notorious armed bandit known as Zokala.   Zokala was known to have been terrorising Beri, Lamba, Kamfanin-waya, Farin-Shige, Bukoki communities and its environs along Rafin-Gora, Kontagora local government area of Niger state. Nasarawa to partner with NAIC to protect farmers against natural disasters

Nasarawa State Government, said it will partner with the National Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC) to protect farmers in the state against natural disasters and other diseases.
