Niger SSG mourns NPC Commissioner, Aliyu Datti, says it’s a huge loss

The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has commiserated with the Emir of Minna, Alhaji (Dr.) Umar Faruk Bahago and the entire people of Minna Emirate over the passing away of Barr. Aliyu Datti, Magayakin Minna and Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission (NPC) representing Niger State and Federal Capital Territory who died in Abuja after a protracted illness.
In his condolence message, the SSG said late Barr. Aliyu Datti was a selfless humanist who served Niger State and Nigeria as well as his people with all sense of responsibility.
Ahmed Matane described the former Special Adviser, Special Duties as a dedicated and visionary personality whose ideas positioned the National Population Commission on a solid foundation, stressed that he was unrelenting in offering wise counsel for the advancement of Minna Emirate and Niger State as a whole.
“On behalf of His Excellency, Ahaji Abubakar Sani Bello, Governor of Niger State, the government and people of the State, I want to convey my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of late Barr. Aliyu Datti, Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission”, SSG stated.
He prayed Almighty Allah (SWT) grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest, reward him with Jannatul Firdausi and give the entire family friends, and staff of National Population Commission (NPC) the courage to bear the irreparable loss.
