APC Heavyweights Rally Behind Tinubu as Prince Omole Signs Nomination Form

Senior government officials, top party leaders, and key stakeholders within the All Progressives Congress (APC) have intensified public endorsements for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid ahead of the 2027 presidential race.

The growing wave of support was further strengthened as Prince Ade Omole, a prominent diaspora mobiliser and political strategist, joined other influential figures to sign the President’s Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms.

Omole, who previously served as Director of the Diaspora Directorate for the 2023 Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council and currently chairs the Nigeria Diaspora Voting Council (NDVC), appended his signature during a signing exercise witnessed by Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, a key ally of the President.

The development is part of a broader mobilisation effort within the ruling party, as strategic stakeholders continue to align behind Tinubu’s second-term ambition, citing his leadership style and ongoing economic reforms as critical to national development.

Speaking after the exercise, Omole said his decision was anchored on conviction and confidence in the President’s long-term vision for Nigeria. He noted that many supporters who worked during the 2023 elections remain committed to consolidating the administration’s Renewed Hope agenda.

He also highlighted the role of Nigerians in the diaspora, describing them as active participants in the country’s democratic and development processes, while stressing the need for continuity in leadership to sustain reforms.

Omole further commended Hon. Faleke for his loyalty and consistency, describing him as a dependable figure within the President’s political circle and a pillar of the movement.

Beyond Nigeria, Omole revealed that support for Tinubu is gaining traction internationally, with preparations underway for the Renewed Hope Global Tour, Canada Edition, aimed at engaging Nigerians abroad and projecting the administration’s achievements globally.

He concluded by wishing the President success and guidance as the political process toward the 2027 elections unfolds.
