Niger State Governor , Abubakar Sani Bello has congratulated Amb. Zubairu Dada on his recent appointment and inauguration as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mrs Mary Noel Berje, the Governor described the appointment as well deserved and a recognition of hardwork and resilience.
Governor Sani Bello, while expressing confidence in his pedigree and dexterity, charged the new Minister to live above board and be an exemplary representative for the state.
“Following your antecedents and previous accomplishments, we find it necessary to celebrate your appointment because we are optimistic that ‘a square peg is, indeed, in a square hole”.
Alhaji Sani-Bello extolled the good virtues of Ambassador Zubairu Dada described him as committed disciplinarian, extraordinary administrator and above all, a patriotic Nigerian who is capable of changing some of the global views and negative narratives about our country.
The Governor noted that Ambassador Zubairu Dada’s exploit as a former Permanent Secretary, Director General, MAMSER/NOA and Nigeria’s Ambassador to Poland has clearly established his competence and fitness for the new job.
Governor Sani Bello prayed Allah to continue to guide, protect and give him the wisdom in surmounting various challenges for the overall progress and development of the country.
