Breaking: APC Chairman abducted in Niger State

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Zone ‘C’ in Niger State, Aminu Bobi, has been reportedly kidnapped by gunmen in Mariga Local Government Area of the state.

According to available information, the APC Chairman was abducted on Saturday evening.

Bobi was said to be on his farm supervising farmhands working for him when gunmen struck.

A source close to the victim said the gunmen invaded the farm on six motorcycles, with each carrying three people shooting sporadically.

He said the APC Zonal Chairman was the only one who was abducted by the bandits.

None of the labourers was abducted.
