Member Representing Otukpa/Ohimini Federal Constituency, Benue state in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Onuh Oyeche Blessing has been nominated for the Human Capital Development Award of the Year by the organizers of North-Central Service Awards.
Onuh was nominated through a transparent voting system participated by Nigerians especially those who reside in the North-Central states of Nigeria.
