The Muslim Community in Oyo state has commiserated with the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland,Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola on the death of his beloved wife,Alhaja Halimat Akinola.
The Muslim community in a condolence message jointly signed by its Chairman,Alhaji Ishaq Kunle Sanni and Secretary-General,Alhaji Murisiku Abidemi Siyanbade prayed Almighty Allah to console Aare Musulumi and his entire family.
The statement read;
“Inna lillahi, wa inna ilayhi raji’un
“From Allah we came and unto Him is our return”
“We received with shock, news of the demise of your dear wife, Alhaja Halimat Akinola, whose remains were committed to mother earth on Tuesday 27th October, 2021.
“This is to commiserate with the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola and pray to Almighty Allah to console him and his entire family.
“We hereby pray that Allah (swt) repose her soul in the best Barzakh and ultimately grant her Jannatul-Firdaws, Aamin.
“Once again, please accept our condolence.
“Thank you”.
