The University of Ibadan has announced the death of Professor Abdulganiy Olayinka Raji, a Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering and a former Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Professor Raji passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, December 19, 2025, at his residence in Ogbomoso, Oyo State.
